1. Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Oyticker may collect, use, store, disclose and protect personal data when you visit the website, create or use an account, manage a profile, use watchlists, read market content, participate in Discussions, exchange private messages, upload images, receive notifications, subscribe to a paid plan or otherwise use Oyticker (the “Service”).

This Policy describes Oyticker’s current product practices. It may be updated as the Service, its providers or applicable legal requirements change.

2. Who controls your data

Oyticker is operated by the person or entity responsible for oyticker.com and acts as the data controller where applicable. Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to yanisbhbox@gmail.com.

If a third party processes information on Oyticker’s behalf, that provider may act as a processor or service provider under its own contractual and legal obligations.

3. Account and identity information

When you create or manage an account, Oyticker may process information such as your email address, account identifier, username, profile picture, biography, account creation date, authentication status, plan status, role and account preferences.

If third-party sign-in is offered, Oyticker may receive basic account information from the authentication provider in accordance with the permissions and privacy information shown by that provider.

4. Profile, watchlist and preference data

Oyticker may process the profile information you choose to provide, the instruments you add to your watchlist, interface preferences, default filters, notification settings and similar configuration data so the Service can remember and personalize your workspace.

Some settings may initially be stored locally in your browser during development or demo use. In production, relevant settings may be stored in Oyticker’s database so they remain available across sessions and devices.

5. Discussions, comments, mentions and private messages

If you use community features, Oyticker may process posts, comments, replies, likes, mentions, attached charts or screenshots, timestamps, moderation status and related interaction data. Public or member-visible content may be shown together with your username and profile picture.

Private messages are intended to be visible only to the participating users through the product interface, subject to technical processing, security controls, moderation, legal obligations and authorized access necessary to operate and protect the Service. You should not use private messages to store passwords, authentication secrets, highly sensitive financial information or other information that should remain strictly confidential.

6. Uploaded images and files

If you upload a profile image, chart, screenshot or other supported file, Oyticker may process and store the file, associated metadata and moderation results. Files may be scanned or analyzed to enforce platform rules, prevent abuse and provide the feature for which they were uploaded.

You should remove unnecessary personal or confidential information from screenshots and documents before uploading them.

7. Usage, device and technical information

Oyticker may collect technical information needed to operate and secure the Service, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, approximate network-derived location, timestamps, pages or features accessed, session identifiers, error logs, security events and diagnostic information.

Oyticker may also use cookies, local storage or similar browser technologies for authentication, preferences, onboarding state, notifications, security and other product functionality. The production implementation should distinguish strictly necessary technologies from any analytics or advertising technologies if those are later introduced.

8. Subscription and payment information

Oyticker uses Stripe to process paid subscriptions. Oyticker may process subscription status, plan, billing state, renewal or cancellation information, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, and transaction references needed to provide VIP access.

Full payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in Oyticker's application database. Stripe processes payment information under its own terms and privacy documentation.

9. Notifications

Oyticker may process notification records to inform you about account events, welcome messages and, where available, community activity such as private messages, replies, mentions or other interactions. Notification records may include type, related content identifier, read status and timestamp.

If mobile or browser push notifications are introduced later, additional device tokens and permission settings may be processed to deliver those notifications.

10. Automated analysis and moderation

Oyticker may use automated systems and artificial intelligence to analyze financial content, detect duplicates, classify sentiment, estimate market impact and moderate community content, images or messages. Content submitted to features using those systems may be transmitted to technology providers acting on Oyticker’s behalf.

Automated moderation can make mistakes. Oyticker may retain moderation outputs, flags or audit information where reasonably necessary to enforce platform rules, investigate abuse, protect users or comply with legal obligations.

11. Why Oyticker may use personal data

Depending on the applicable law and the processing activity, Oyticker may process personal data because it is necessary to provide the Service or perform a contract, because the processing is necessary for legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, product operation and abuse prevention, because Oyticker must comply with a legal obligation, or because you have provided consent where consent is required.

The legal basis applicable to a particular processing activity depends on the laws that apply to Oyticker and to the user.

12. How Oyticker may use information

Information may be used to create and authenticate accounts, provide requested features, synchronize profiles and watchlists, deliver notifications, operate subscriptions, display community content, route private messages, maintain security, prevent abuse, moderate content, investigate incidents, debug errors, improve reliability, comply with law and communicate important account or Service information.

Oyticker should not use private account information for unrelated purposes without an appropriate legal basis and any notice or consent required by applicable law.

13. Service providers and recipients

Oyticker may share information with carefully selected providers that supply hosting, databases, authentication, storage, artificial-intelligence processing, email delivery, monitoring, payment processing, market-data infrastructure or similar services. Providers should receive only the information reasonably necessary for their role and should be subject to appropriate contractual and security obligations.

Stripe is used for subscription billing and payment processing. Other infrastructure providers may process data where necessary to operate authentication, databases, AI analysis, market data, image delivery and platform security.

14. Legal disclosures and protection of rights

Oyticker may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, a valid legal process or enforceable governmental request; protect the rights, safety or security of users, Oyticker or third parties; investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents; enforce the Terms of Use; or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Oyticker should assess requests for data and disclose only what is legally required or otherwise lawfully permitted.

15. International data transfers

Some service providers may process data in countries other than the country where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, Oyticker will use an appropriate transfer mechanism and provide any information required by law.

Transfer arrangements may vary depending on the provider, processing location and applicable law.

16. Data retention

Oyticker should keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Service, maintaining account history, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, meeting legal or accounting obligations and protecting against abuse.

Different categories may require different retention periods. Deleted content may remain temporarily in backups, security logs or legal records where technically necessary or legally permitted. Retention periods may vary by data category, contractual need and legal obligation.

17. Security

Oyticker intends to use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information processed, such as access controls, authentication, permission rules, secure transport, restricted administrative access, logging and safeguards around secrets and service credentials.

No website, database, message system or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for choosing a strong password, protecting your credentials and reporting suspected unauthorized access.

18. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent, or information about how your data is used. You may also have a right to complain to a data-protection authority.

19. Account deletion

Users may request account deletion by contacting yanisbhbox@gmail.com. Oyticker may also provide in-product deletion controls as the Service evolves. Deleting an account may remove or anonymize profile data and may affect community content, watchlists, messages and subscription access, subject to legal retention duties, fraud-prevention records, backups and information that must be retained to protect other users or establish legal claims.

20. Children

Oyticker is intended for users who are legally able to create an account and use the Service under the laws that apply to them. Where applicable law requires a minimum age or parental consent, those requirements apply.

21. Sale of personal data and advertising

Oyticker is not currently designed around selling personal data to advertisers. If the business model, analytics stack or advertising practices change, this Policy and any required consent or opt-out controls must be updated before those practices are introduced.
